A bit about what I believe:
The physical symptoms such as weight gain, fatigue, bloating, flatulence, indigestion, reflux and many more, appear to be common symptoms but they're not 'normal' symptoms, they're the body's way of telling you there's dysfunction somewhere - it's important to listen to those symptoms without dismissing them or looking for the quick fix.
It's time to take back control of your health, to bring understanding and awareness around how your body and mind work, of the thoughts feelings and behaviours that lead to unwanted symptoms, to make changes, to what you eat, your lifestyle, your mindset and reduce the processed food. Take time and nourish yourself with real whole food, accept and believe in yourself, all of yourself and find some exercise or movement that you enjoy, and do that. Life is for living and embracing, not just existing and pushing through. Let me serve and support you. x
