Nutritional therapy focuses on supporting your body so you can feel more energised, balanced and well. This pathway is ideal if you’re dealing with digestive issues, fatigue, hormonal changes, stress, burnout or symptoms you want to understand and improve.
How nutritional therapy works
We explore what’s happening in your body and what might be driving your symptoms. Together we look at your diet, lifestyle, stress levels, sleep and daily habits, and create a plan that supports your energy, digestion, hormones and overall wellbeing. This is always tailored to your life, never rigid or overwhelming.

For clients who want it, I can help explore the emotional or behavioural patterns that influence eating, stress, energy and health. This is always optional. You can have nutritional therapy alone, or integrate deeper work if it becomes helpful.

I offer 1:1 nutritional therapy and integrative mind–body sessions online. Functional testing, supplement recommendations, and lifestyle support are always tailored to you.
3-Month Support Package – £745
Includes the initial consultation plus five 45-minute sessions (every two weeks). This provides a steady rhythm of support and accountability, helping you integrate change and stay connected to your progress.
6-Month Deep Transformation Package – £1245
Includes the initial consultation plus eleven 45-minute sessions (every two weeks). This longer container offers space for deeper exploration, emotional integration, and sustained change over time.
