Work With Me: Nutritional Therapy

Personalised, root-cause nutrition support to help you feel more like yourself again.

Whether you’re struggling with fatigue, gut issues, skin flare-ups, hormone imbalances, inflammation, or symptoms that doctors haven’t been able to explain—there’s always a reason, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

My approach to nutritional therapy blends science, functional testing, and intuition. I work with you to get to the root of what’s really going on in your body, and together we build a plan that’s realistic, sustainable, and tailored to your unique physiology, life stage, and goals.

This is not a one-size-fits-all programme. It’s a collaborative process where you’re seen as a whole person—not just a set of symptoms.

What We Might Explore Together:
  • Gut health and microbiome balance

  • Mental health & brain health issues

  • Hormonal health, including perimenopause and menstrual irregularities

  • Autoimmunity and inflammation

  • Food sensitivities and histamine responses

  • Detoxification and liver support

  • Energy, resilience, and nervous system nourishment

  • Post-viral recovery and immune support

We can work short-term to troubleshoot specific symptoms, or longer-term for deeper healing and transformation. Wherever you're starting from, I’ll meet you there.

Ways to Work With Me:

I offer 1:1 nutritional therapy sessions and packages online or in-person at my clinic room in Stillington, YO61.
