My Approach

I am deeply passionate about assisting those who feel trapped in cycles of unhealthy thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My approach is rooted in understanding the connections between our mental state, physical health, symptoms and underlying causes. I specialize in unraveling the complex interplay of factors, often rooted in childhood or resulting from trauma, that contribute to current health challenges. From mood and gut disorders, disordered eating and negative relationships with yourself others and problems creating the life you want, my approach can provide you with insights and tools to break through whats holding you back.

My Personal Journey

I empathize deeply with my clients because I've navigated similar paths. My own experiences with disordered eating as a teenager, battling IBS, and overcoming anxiety, depression, and burnout have given me a profound understanding of the journey to wellness. My diverse background includes living and training as a professional Muay Thai fighter in Thailand for over three years, an experience that has greatly influenced my perspective on health and resilience. I have recently re discovered my love of all things horses and started competing again, which has provided more opportunities for learning and growth.

My Mission

Now, my mission is to guide you on your journey to a happy and joyful life.  A life that feels a bit different to the 'norm' but helps you to tap into your power and authenticity.  I believe in helping you to explore and understand your current patterns of how you show up day to day, and how these are intertwined with your past, and your health challenges, and support you in making transformative changes. My goal is to unlock your potential and help you create a life of joy, health, peace, and fulfilment that you truly deserve.
