Hi there, and welcome — whether you’ve just found your way here or have been exploring healing and self-development for a while. I want to share a bit of the story behind what I do — not just the professional side, but the real-life journey that brought me here.

For as long as I can remember, I was the studious, driven one — always trying to get things “right.” But underneath that, I struggled. As a teenager, I developed an eating disorder that quietly took over my world. It knocked me off track. I messed up my A levels and ended up going to university through clearing because it was just what everyone did. I didn’t really know what I wanted; I was just following the norm.

After uni, I bounced between jobs without much direction. Eventually, I landed in law — a career path that seemed sensible and respectable. But the truth is, I chose it for the wrong reasons. I was still trying to prove something, to feel enough. On the outside, it looked like I had it together, but inside I was exhausted, disconnected, and simply going through the motions.

A Left Turn to Thailand

Eventually, I couldn’t keep pushing. I burned out mentally and emotionally. Around that time, I found functional medicine and an incredible practitioner who began supporting me on a physical and emotional level. I needed a complete reset, so I left and moved to Thailand to train and fight as a Muay Thai boxer.

At the time, it felt like a bold new chapter — and it was — but it was also an escape. I was running from something I didn’t yet understand. Muay Thai gave me strength, discipline, and purpose, but eventually, the cracks showed again. My health began to decline, and I burned out once more — this time on the other side of the world, feeling lost, disconnected, and unseen.

Coming Home and Rebuilding

When I returned to the UK, I started to rebuild. Slowly, I began listening to my body and exploring what true healing meant. I completed a Master’s in Nutrition Science and Practice, rooted in a functional medicine approach, and set up my own business in 2017, combining nutritional therapy, lifestyle coaching, and personal training.

In 2022, I began training as a psychotherapist — work that now sits at the heart of everything I do. Today, I support clients as a psychotherapist in advanced training, bringing together everything I’ve learned through my personal and professional journey.

Finding Spiritual Ground

Over time, my understanding of healing deepened. I began to recognise that we are not just physical or psychological beings — we are also spiritual. For me, spirituality isn’t about belief systems or rituals; it’s about connection. It’s the quiet knowing that there’s something more — a deeper intelligence, a rhythm that life moves to — and learning to trust that.

This perspective has shaped how I work. I help clients reconnect with themselves, notice the signs and synchronicities that guide them, and begin to trust their own intuition and inner wisdom. Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken — it’s about remembering who we are beneath the noise, expectations, and old survival patterns.

Why I Do What I Do

I know what it’s like to feel as though something isn’t quite right — in your body, your relationships, or your sense of self — but not know how to change it. I’ve lived that.

Now, I walk alongside others as they make sense of their symptoms, patterns, and the stories that keep them stuck. Whether you’re struggling with health issues, purpose, self-worth, or a deeper sense of meaning — you don’t have to figure it out alone.

My work weaves together science, psychotherapy, and spirituality to support healing on every level — physical, emotional, and soul.

Thanks for being here, and for taking the time to read my story. If something in it resonates, I’d love to connect.
