Hi there, and welcome — whether you’ve just stumbled across my site or have been exploring holistic health and healing for a while. I want to share a bit more of the story behind what I do—not just the professional side, but the real-life journey that shaped me.
From Good Girl to Burnout (and Back Again)
For as long as I can remember, I was the studious, driven one—always trying to get things “right.” But beneath that, I struggled. As a teenager, I developed an eating disorder that quietly took over my world. It knocked me off track—I missed my A levels, and ended up going to university through clearing, because it was just what everyone did. I didn’t really know what I wanted; I just knew I didn’t feel like myself.
After uni, I bounced between jobs without much direction. Eventually, I landed in law—a career path that seemed sensible and respectable. But the truth is, I chose it for the wrong reasons. I was still trying to prove something, to feel enough. On the outside, it looked like I had it together, but inside, I was exhausted, disconnected, and simply going through the motions.
A Left Turn to ThailandEventually, I couldn’t keep pushing. I burned out. I left and moved to Thailand to train and fight as a Thai boxer. At the time, it felt like a bold new chapter. In truth, I was both running and searching. Muay Thai gave me strength, structure, and something to throw myself into. But eventually, the cracks showed. My health suffered, and I burned out again—this time on the other side of the world, feeling lost and unheard.
Coming Home and Rebuilding
When I returned to the UK, I started to rebuild. Slowly, I began listening to my body and exploring what true healing meant. I trained in nutritional therapy and functional medicine and completed a Master’s degree in nutritional science. In 2022, I began training as a psychotherapist—work that now sits at the heart of what I do. Today, I support clients as a psychotherapist in advanced training, weaving together everything I’ve learned along the way.
The Role of Energy and Soul Work
Alongside the science and therapy, I discovered the importance of energy—those subtle shifts and flows within us that influence how we feel and show up in the world. Energy work wasn’t something I set out to study, but it became a vital part of my healing and my practice. I believe we’re more than just bodies and minds; we’re energetic beings connected to something larger.
Spirituality and energy work don’t need to be “woo-woo” to be real. For me, it’s about tuning in to intuition, noticing the signs and synchronicities, and creating space for healing on every level—physical, emotional, mental, and energetic.
Why I Do What I Do
I know what it’s like to feel like something’s not quite right—in your body, your life, or your relationships—but not know how to fix it. I’ve lived it. Now, I help others make sense of their symptoms, their stories, and the ways they might be holding themselves back. Whether you’re struggling with digestion, self-worth, purpose, or all of the above—you don’t have to go it alone.
I blend science, soul, psychotherapy, and energy healing to walk alongside you as you figure things out—your way.
Thanks for reading and for being here. If any of this resonates, I’d love to connect.
