You can work with me through Nutritional Therapy, Soul-Level Psychotherapy, or a blend of both. Each mode supports you in reconnecting with yourself, creating change and moving towards a more grounded and aligned life.
Nutritional Therapy
A structured, evidence-based approach to improving your physical health, energy, digestion, mood and resilience. Ideal if you’re looking to address symptoms, support your body, and create sustainable lifestyle changes. You can work with nutrition alone or integrate emotional and behavioural support when helpful.
Soul-Level Psychotherapy
A deeper therapeutic process for people who feel stuck in repeating emotional, relational or behavioural patterns. This work goes beneath the story, helping you access the deeper truths, internal blocks and unconscious patterns that shape your life. Ideal if you’re seeking emotional clarity, relational healing or deeper personal transformation.
Integrated support
If you are unsure which mode would be the best fit then we can explore that together to help you decide which is the best fit for you. My work is always tailored, never prescriptive.
