Soul-Level Psychotherapy

Soul-level psychotherapy is for people who are ready to go deeper — beyond coping strategies, self-criticism, overthinking and the patterns that won’t shift through willpower or self-awareness alone.

This work goes beneath the story you tell about yourself and into the emotional, relational and energetic layers that shape your experience.

Who this work is for

  • You’re self-aware but still stuck in the same patterns

  • You overthink, self-criticise or put others first

  • You feel disconnected from yourself or unsure who you are

  • You struggle with boundaries or feel responsible for everything

  • You repeat the same relationship patterns

  • Your body holds tension, overwhelm or shutdown

  • You want to feel more grounded, clear and aligned

How sessions work
We slow down and explore what’s happening in the present moment — your emotions, your body, your relational patterns and the deeper truths beneath your words. This work is relational, energetic, experiential and grounded in relational Gestalt psychotherapy.  Sessions are 50 minutes long and weekly therapy is recommended for depth and continuity

Soul-level means we meet the parts of you that have been hidden, suppressed or unspoken. It’s not about fixing or analysing. It’s about connection, authenticity, presence and allowing real change to unfold.

What soul-level psychotherapy can provide:

  • More clarity

  • More emotional freedom

  • More groundedness

  • More self-trust

  • More connection

  • More alignment with who you truly are

If you’re ready to explore what sits beneath the surface and step into deeper authenticity, I’d be honoured to walk with you.
